Five Cease Trade Orders Issued Against Nova Scotia Companies

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued temporary cease trade orders against the following companies:

— Mentor Networks Inc.
— Premiere Developments Limited
— Stonehedge Investments Limited
— Highhead Mountain Development Limited
— Foxgrove Exploration Ltd.

The companies, all Nova Scotia reporting issuers, violated Nova Scotia securities laws by not filing continuous disclosure documents.

The executive director of securities has ordered people and companies to stop trading securities. The companies have until Sept. 4, to file all documents to avoid a permanent cease trade order.

To view the orders, visit the Enforcement Section under the What’s New page at www.gov.ns.ca/nssc/whats-new .

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission is the provincial government agency responsible for regulating trading in securities in the province.
