Four Masked Men Enter Home, Shot Fired

At approximately 9:25 pm Halifax Regional Police patrol members responded to a complaint of a disturbance in the 300 block of Prince Albert Rd in Dartmouth.  When officers arrived they learned that 4 black males had forced their way into the residence armed with a large knife and a firearm.  These men rummaged through the residence and before fleeing on foot fired a shot into the ceiling.   There were no injuries in the matter.  The investigation will be conducted by members of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.  Suspects are described as 4 black males wearing hoods and face masks.  Officers are looking to speak with anyone who may have any knowledge of this incident and ask that they contact Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5020.
