Two adults and two youths face charges after a drug search in Halifax early this morning.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers in the Drug Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, along with the Halifax Regional Police Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed a search warrant at an address in the 700 block of Herring Cove Road. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, marihuana and drug paraphernalia. A man, a woman, a male youth and a female youth were arrested at the scene without incident. Each face charges of two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. They were all held for custody overnight and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court and Halifax Provincial Youth Court, respectively.
