Four suspects sought after home invasion

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a home invasion that occurred in Halifax early this morning.

At approximately 3:05 a.m. officers were called to a report of a break and enter in progress at a residence on Stoneham Court. Four men, who were unknown to the occupants, broke into the residence, sprayed them with a sensory irritant, attempted to steal property and then fled the area on foot empty-handed.

The four suspects are described as white men, approximately from 5’7” to 6’ tall, wearing dark-coloured jeans and hooded sweatshirts.
