Via HRCE:

The Province of Nova Scotia announced today that all HRCE students in Grades 7 to 12 will receive free Halifax Transit passes for the upcoming school year. These passes will be valid on buses and ferries from September 5, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

Students will receive their passes through their schools when classes begin next week. Extra passes will be available if any are lost or damaged.

Students eligible for HRCE school bus transportation will still have access to those services.
