Hi everyone, and happy new year!
Today I ran into Leslie Bleil, one of the ladies who is organizing a fundraiser for Keisha Bedford, a young Spryfield girl with autism, who cannot speak. Keisha just started primary last year and she needs speech therapy, which is very expensive.
I told you a bit about Keisha last year, when fundraisers were beginning. Leslie told me that the fundraisers continue and they’ve raised about $3,500.
A series of Zumba classes will be the next event.
