Get a sneak peek at Centre Plan policies next week

Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The municipality’s Planning and Development team is eagerly anticipating the upcoming roll out of the draft Centre Plan, which is the result of months of community engagement and input from residents, key stakeholders, planning staff, and consultants. The proposed plan will shape the Regional Centre into the future, serving as a blueprint for smart development by providing much needed clarity on how and where growth should occur.  The draft Centre Plan is being released in installments to allow the time for thoughtful, considered review and public input in relation to each section of the plan. More information on the time line for releasing the complete draft Centre Plan is available at www.centreplan.ca.
