Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and residents of a lane closure tomorrow (Saturday) on Gottingen Street (the portion formerly known as Rainnie Drive) to accommodate Nova Scotia Power line work.
Crews will be on site from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The outbound lane on Gottingen from Brunswick Street to Rainnie Drive will be closed. As a result, traffic intending to travel up Gottingen from Brunswick Street will instead be detoured along Brunswick and up Cogswell Street. Traffic flowing down Gottingen Street to Brunswick Street will not be affected by the work.
The municipality and Nova Scotia Power apologize in advance for any inconvenience or the work may cause.
