Government systems are now fully operational.
Internal system disruptions earlier today, Aug. 16, impacted several programs and services including services at Access Centres, web services such as novascotia.ca and novascotia.com, and external emails to and from government. Some payments to Department of Community Services’ and Maintenance Enforcement Program clients were also delayed.
The disruption was caused by a hardware failure on equipment that has been replaced.
Now that service has been fully restored, any missed payments will be processed as quickly as possible.
The province apologizes for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused.
