Gray Days

This is hands down my favorite shirt of all time. If you bump into me on any given day you can probably go ahead assume I’m wearing this shirt.
Whether it’s on a flight from Toronto, or working at the office with a pair of trousers: this Wilfred Free tee is on an extremely heavy rotation.

FEATURED ITEMS: Wilfred Free t-shirt, c/o Aritzia. Skirt, c/o Le Chateau. Necklace, 424 Fifth. Shoes, via Kohls. Bag, Winners (spotted two locally in Halifax).
I know I’ve been chatting a lot about Aritzia lately, and truth be told I am kind of obsessed with the fact that they are currently in Halifax. But in all fairness they do sell some pretty amazing things, and this shirt is certainly one of them.
Now you’re probably thinking it’s a gray t-shirt big deal, but I’m hear to tell you that you’re most certainly wrong. It’s not just a gray t-shirt it’s actually the MOST comfortable gray t-shirt EVER.
While doing a style consult at the Halifax Shopping Centre about a month ago I introduced my client to this t-shirt, and promised that it would change her life. After talking it up so much she tried it on, and instantly fell in love, and she even went so far as to tag me on her instagram photo stating that I was right. I mean who doesn’t love it when they are right?! I’m certainly not immune to the flattery.
Given its heavy rotation I know that I had to shoot this tee for the blog, but it was always in my close hamper waiting to be cleaned when the opportunity to photograph it arose, so when Patrick (to check out his website www.patrickfulgencio.com or click here) and I decided to shoot together I knew I had to haul this with me!
And can we also for a second talk about this seude bag? I mean how perfect?! I’m obsessed with anything suede and especially fringe right now! This bag is super fun, and (and more boho than my usual) can literally go with anything! It also comes with a strap to make it a cross body. I mean?! Amazing right?
Hope you enjoyed this post! And these images from Patrick Fulgencio. And remember that a gray t-shirt may seem super causal, but it can easily be paired with trousers, a skirt, a fun necklace, or a blazer for an instant polished look. I love the idea of pairing causal and dressy pieces together, so go ahead and mix and match! Who says you have to be uncomfortable to look great? Not this girl.
