Guided hikes offer glimpse of NS trails

Now for a third year in a row, Hike Nova Scotia and its partners offer a series of guided hikes in September and October. The hikes are designed to get more people out being physically active on a variety of NS trails.

“There are 15 hikes that take place all over the province. They highlight some beautiful Nova Scotia trails and hopefully will entice people to get out and sample those trails,” says Debra Ryan, Hike Nova Scotia President.
