Halifax District RCMP is asking for assistance from the public to locate 59-year-old Patrick Oliver.
On April 5 at approximately 6 p.m, Oliver left a residence in Lower Sackville and has not yet returned. Oliver is a black male, with dyed yellow-orange hair, approximately 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds. A clothing description is not available.
