Halifax District RCMP is asking for assistance from the public to locate 59-year-old Patrick Oliver.
On February 20, 2019 at approximately 3:51 p.m, Oliver left a residence in Lower Sackville and has not yet returned. Oliver is a black male, with dyed yellow-orange hair, approximately 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds, wearing a black leather jacket, 2 hoodies – one brown and one grey, and dark blue jeans.
