The folks over at CBC had their float for tomorrow’s annual Parade of Lights event peeking out onto Bell Road & Sackville Street today.
The Parade begins on Upper Water Street at Cornwallis Street, continues over the Barrington Street overpass onto Barrington Street and turns right onto Spring Garden Road. It then turns left on South Park and then right onto University Avenue, concluding at the corner of University Avenue and Robie Street.
An HRM news release adds:
Police encourage anyone planning to attend the parade to consider using public transportation or car pooling to reduce the amount of traffic in the downtown area. Motorists are also reminded that parking is limited and vehicles in violation will be ticketed and possibly towed. We thank citizens in advance for their patience.
