Halifax Busker Festival takes over the Waterfront July 31 to August 5, 2019

A highlight of summer in Nova Scotia, the 33rd annual Halifax Busker Festival takes place on the Halifax Waterfront starting Wednesday, July 31 through to Monday, August 5, 2019.
Electrifying performers will take to multiple stages along the Halifax Waterfront for six days of incredible international and local entertainment including: Fraser Hooper (UK), Jenny Jupiter (CAN), Lisa Lottie (Netherlands), Mike Wood (CAN), Nathaniel Rankin (CAN), Dirty Hippie Music (CAN), Reuben DotDotDot (AUS), Rhythm Works (CAN), Alakazam (AUS), Les Echappes (CAN), Flowmotion (Austria), and, returning as last year’s People’s Choice Winners, Break City Allstars(CAN).

Returning to the festival for its third year is the Nova Scotia Marquee Music Stage, located at Bishop’s Landing, in partnership with the Province of Nova Scotia and Develop Nova Scotia. The
stage will feature performances from award winning Nova Scotian musicians, with the performance schedule to be announced in the coming weeks.

The festival stretches along the waterfront from Historic Properties and the Nathan Green Stage at the Ferry Terminal, to Sackville Landing at the Wave, to the Helipad Stage at Bishop’s
Landing.

The East Coast Amusements Midway also returns to the 2019 festival with carnival rides and games in the Salter Street lot.
