Halifax Central Library, Photo Update.
Here is an updated photo taken of the new Library on Spring Garden Road.

Most of the building is closed in with glass now with only a few missing panels and some work still to be done on the back of the top floor. The majority of the street construction has also finished which was moving the power/communications lines underground. #Halifax
