Lower Sackville
Just before 11 p.m. last evening, Lower Sackville RCMP responded to a pedestrian-vehicle collision at a gas station in Lower Sackville. A worker was on foot in the parking lot, and was wearing reflective clothing at the time. He had an orange cone in the area where he was working. He was struck by a motorist who was backing up in the parking lot. The attendant sustained injuries to his leg and was transported to hospital by family.
The motorist, an 18-year-old woman, was issued a Summary Offence Ticket for Backing While Unsafe.
