Halifax District RCMP responded to a motorcycle accident on Myra Road, at approx 3:00 pm.

A motorcycle was found on the road by two Conservation Officers. They conducted a search of the area and found the male driver laying on the road. EHS was dispatched to the scene and Life Flight attended and transported the male to QEII with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
