Halifax District RCMP are investigating a suspicious fire that destroyed a vacant home in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 8th.
On Sunday, March 8th at approximately 05:15 a.m.
, Halifax District RCMP and Halifax Fire and Emergency responded to a house fire in 28000 block of Highway 7. The home was completely engulfed in flames when emergency personnel arrived on scene. Preliminary investigation determined the home was vacant at the time of the fire and had not been occupied for some time. Police and fire investigators continue to investigate to determine the cause of the blaze.
