At 6:45 a.m. yesterday morning, Halifax District RCMP, EHS and Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency responded to a hit and run on St. Margaret’s Bay Rd., Head of St. Margaret’s Bay.
A 44-year-old man was cycling when he was struck by a truck which failed to stop. The 44-year-old male was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle is described as a black truck with a flat deck.
