Halifax District RCMP is asking for public assistance with identifying people who feel it’s okay to dump their garbage on other people’s property.
RCMP is investigating after receiving complaints of illegal dumping on the Mines Rd. in Head of Chezzetcook that occurred over the winter months.
If you have any information regarding these incidents you are asked to contact the Musquodoboit RCMP Detachment at 902-889-330. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can also contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.
