Halifax District RCMP is seeking assista­nce in locating a mi­ssing Hammonds Plains man.

Jeffery Russell , 41, last had contact wi­th family shortly af­ter 11 a.m. today. He is described as a 5-foot-9 white man with a stocky build, sandy blonde hair, green eyes and a short beard. He drives a grey 2010 Hyundai Elantra touring editi­on with Nova Scotia license EVY 105.
