(Found) Halifax District RCMP seeks public’s assistance locating missing person

UpdateThe 53-year-old man who was reported missing from Cole Harbour this morning has been located and is safe.

Halifax District RCMP is asking for assistance from the public to locate 53-year-old Joseph Frederick Duggan who has been missing since January 8, 2019.
Duggan was last seen driving a black, 2010 Honda Civic (Nova Scotia licence plate FFS630) while heading to work in Halifax. At the time, he was wearing dark pants and a striped shirt. Duggan is 5-foot-10, weighs approximately 175 pounds with blue eyes, light brown hair and a goatee.
