Halifax man charged in relation to indecent act

Police have charged a man in relation to an indecent act that occurred in Halifax on September 15.

On September 15 a man exposed himself to a young girl at the Atlantic Superstore at 3601 Joseph Howe Drive in Halifax. The man left the area on foot without making physical contact with the girl.

On September 20 the man turned himself in to police at Police Headquarters at 1975 Gottingen Street in Halifax.

Fifty-four-year-old Kenneth William Davis of Halifax faces charges of exposing genitals to person under the age of 16 and mischief. He is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today.
