Halifax Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A man has been charged after an investigation by the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
 
On February 18, ICE investigators conducted a search of a residence in the 0-100 block of Main Avenue in Halifax. Officers seized computer equipment during this search and a man was arrested without incident inside the residence. The man was later released from custody to appear in court at a later date. The information was sworn in court today.
 
Thirty-three-year-old Robin Perry Windsor was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on March 29 to face charges of possession of child pornography charge and accessing child pornography. He is on conditions to not have any contact with children under the age of 16, not to possess or use a device capable of accessing the internet and not be within 50 meters of a place frequented by children.
