#Halifax Police have responded to 16 call…

#Halifax Police have responded to 16 calls in the last 2 days about pets left unattended in vehicles. 12 calls came from shopping areas. If you go shopping, leave your pets home.

Call 490-5020 if you observe a dog in a hot car, if the dog is in a life-threatening situation, call 9-1-1 immediately. (And hey, it goes without saying that the same applies to kids. Via HRP/Twitter)
