#Halifax Police Officer Faces Additional Criminal Code Charges

Halifax District RCMP informed Halifax Regional Police today that additional criminal code charges have been laid against Constable Chris Mosher.
 
Cst. Mosher has been charged with two counts of breaching his undertaking by drinking outside of his residence. The charges relates to a matter that is alleged to have occurred in Eastern Passage on July 7, 2013. RCMP launched an investigation that night following a complaint from the public. Cst. Mosher has been released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on November 20, 2013.
 
Cst. Mosher remains suspended from Halifax Regional Police without pay or benefits.
