From the Halifax Regional Police: Missing youth from the Spryfield area.
Investigators with the HRP/RCMP Integrated Vice Unit are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Halifax youth.
Fifteen-year-old Hayden Mitchell was last seen on January 11 leaving his Spencer Avenue residence around 8 a.m., but never arrived at school. He has since failed to return to his residence but contacted a friend on January 12 via social media. Hayden is described as a white male, 5’3”, 90 lbs., slim build, with short blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and black jacket, black jeans, black boots, and carrying a black backpack.
There is no evidence to suggest that Hayden has met with foul play but there is concern for his well-being. Officers request that Hayden or anyone with information on his whereabouts calls police at 490-5016.
Investigators are also searching for Robin Armstrong, who was reported missing on Saturday. They have released a new photo. There is concern for her well-being but no suspicion of foul play.
