At approximately 1:20 p.m. two women were walking by a man in the area of Oxford Street and Castine Way when he exposed himself. The suspect was last seen on foot in the area of Walnut Street and Coburg Road.
The suspect is described as a dark complected black man, 5’7”, approximately 25-30-years-old and a black goatee with a bit of gray. He was wearing a dark brown leather trench coat, burgundy sweater with hood up and a black baseball cap under the hood, and he was carrying a bag and Tim Horton’s coffee cup.
