2:50 a.m., on the 20th of December, Halifax Regional Police responded to an Assault at the Cheers Bar & Grill, 1743 Grafton Street Halifax.
A 28 year old male from Waverley was assaulted inside and was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police did locate and arrest a 30 year old male from Halifax and he will be facing charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Breach of Undertaking. The investigation is on going at this time.
