2021/22 Holiday Service Level Adjustments
(December 22, 2021) During the 2021/22 holiday season, Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public on the following dates:
* Closing at 3:00 PM on December 24, 2021 * December 25 – 27, 2021 * Closing at 3:00 PM on December 31, 2021 * January 1 – 3, 2022 While we observe the holiday season, we want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them, and we will be operating with a smaller group of core critical staff. Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287. To protect our communities and staff, please maintain social distancing when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
