2024/25 Holiday Service Level Adjustments 
 
(December 18, 2024) Halifax Water offices will have reduced hours or be closed to the public on the following dates: 

· Tuesday, Dec 24, 2024 – Closing at 3:00 PM 
· Christmas Day, Dec 25, 2024 – Closed 
· Boxing Day, Dec 26, 2024 – Closed 
· Tuesday, Dec 31, 2024 – Closing at 3:00 PM 
· Wednesday, Jan 1, 2025 – Closed 

Regular hours of operation will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. 

Throughout the holiday season, we want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them, and we will be operating with a smaller group of core critical staff. 

Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287. 

To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
