Halifax Water Offices Closed on Monday to Honour Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
(September 15, 2022) On Monday, September 19, Halifax Water will observe the provincial holiday in recognition of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral service. This is consistent with the Governments of Canada, the Province of Nova Scotia and Halifax Regional Municipality. While Halifax Water offices will be closed on September 19, we want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them. To ensure this, a smaller group of core critical staff will be available throughout the day.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
