Halifax Water Watershed Lands Reopened
(June 8, 2023) Effective immediately, Halifax Water wishes to advise the public that travel bans within Halifax Water watershed lands have been aligned with the Provincial easing of travel restrictions within wooded areas. Halifax Water watersheds contain drinking water supplies and must be protected. Please check what type of access or use is permitted for any protected watershed you plan to access. Please adhere to restrictions or regulations on Halifax Water signage in and around protected watersheds.
