(August 1, 2024) Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public on Monday, August 5, 2024, for Natal Day.

Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.  
  
We want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them, and we will be operating with a smaller group of core critical staff. 

Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287. 

To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
