North West Arm (Chebucto Road) – Wastewater System Repair was Completed
(October 6, 2024) Halifax Water has successfully repaired the wastewater pipe on Chebucto Road, Halifax. The wastewater system for this area has returned to normal operations since 11:00 PM today.
We want to thank the residents for adopting measures to help reduce their contribution to the wastewater system and support Halifax Water’s mitigation efforts. We appreciated your assistance and apologize for any inconvenience this wastewater system repair may have caused.
Surface restoration will continue overnight on Chebucto Road. Should further work be required to finalize surface restorations Halifax Water will provide an update on Monday as to when this work will take place. Motorists are advised to drive with caution in the area.
The Armdale Rotary and Chebucto Road will open on Monday, October 7 at 6:00 A.M.
