Service Level Adjustments – System Upgrades Over Natal Day Long Weekend

(August 2, 2023) Halifax Water is advising customers that from Friday, August 4, to Monday, August 7, we will be completing an upgrade to our Customer Care Centre system.

Our Customer Care Centre will be closed at noon on Friday, August 4, while this system upgrade is taking place. This includes in-person payments or inquiries at our 450 Cowie Hill Road, Halifax location. Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.

We want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them and will operate with a smaller group of core critical staff.

Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
