Service Level Adjustments – Winter Storm
(February 3, 2022) Due to the forecasted storm, Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public tomorrow, Friday, February 4, 2022. We want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them, and we will be operating with a smaller group of core critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
To protect our communities and staff, please maintain social distancing when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area. Thank you for protecting our staff and their ability to keep water, wastewater and stormwater systems working in your community.
