Traffic Advisory – Barrington Street & Inglis Street Intersection – Stormwater System Maintenance
(January 13, 2022) Until approximately midnight tonight, Halifax Water crews will be continuing stormwater infrastructure work near the intersection of Barrington Street and Inglis Street, Halifax. There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Some pedestrian routes will be closed during this work. Water, wastewater and stormwater service will be maintained in the area during this work. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
