Traffic Advisory – Bayers Road – Sewer Separation Preparations

(July 31, 2024) From 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2, Sackville Trenching, on behalf of Halifax Water, will complete work in preparation for a sewer separation project on Bayers Road, Halifax. This will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.

There will be a right-hand lane drop on Bayers Road from Desmond Avenue to Joesph Howe Drive. Sidewalks in the work area will be open.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure work may cause.
