Traffic Advisory – Bedford Highway – Wastewater System Maintenance
(December 9, 2022) Halifax Water would like to advise local residents and motorists that the Bedford Highway will be reduced to a single inbound lane between Bayview Road and 50 Bedford Highway, from 8:00 AM on Monday, December 12, to 4:00 PM on Friday, December 16. Two outbound lanes will remain open. Sidewalks remain open. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
