Traffic Advisory – Caldwell Road – Water System Maintenance
(June 26, 2024) Until approximately 2:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be completing water system maintenance near the intersection of Caldwell Road and Cow Bay Road, Eastern Passage. Traffic lights in this area will be turned off. There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. The sidewalk near this work will remain open. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
