Traffic Advisory – Demone Street – Stormwater System Maintenance
(July 20, 2023) From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, July 21, Halifax Water crews will be performing stormwater system maintenance on Demone Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Demone Street will be open to local traffic only, with no access from Agricola Street. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
