Traffic Advisory – Hammonds Plains Road – Road Restoration
(July 28, 2022) Crews are working to complete road restoration and paving work on Hammonds Plains Road between Yankeetown Road and Wallace Hill Road. Traffic will be stop-and-go through the work area during off-peak hours for the next 1-2 weeks. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes and are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. This project will add further resilience and reliability to the stormwater system that serves the community. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
