Traffic Advisory – Hawthorne Street – Wastewater System Upgrades
(September 27, 2022) From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on September 28-29, Hawthorne Street, Dartmouth, will be open to local traffic only in the area of 70-72 Hawthorne Street. Sidewalks remain open. There will be no on-street parking in this area during this work. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
