Traffic Advisory – Highland Park Subdivision – Stormwater System Maintenance
(July 26, 2024) From 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM tomorrow, July 27, Halifax Water crews will perform stormwater system maintenance on the following streets in Hammonds Plains. See the attached map for further details.
* Blue Jay Lane * Greenhill Road * Juniper Terrace * Kingsway Road * Westwind Drive * Kingsmere Place * Park Terrace * Southwood Road
There will be stop-and-go traffic within the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
