Traffic Advisory – Lawnwood Avenue – Stormwater System Maintenance
(September 17, 2024) Until 4:00 p.m. today, Halifax Water crews will perform stormwater system maintenance near 2 Lawnwood Avenue, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be stop-and-go traffic within the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks in the work zone will be closed.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
