Traffic Advisory – Market, Grafton, Argyle, Carmichael, and Duke Street – Wastewater System Maintenance
(October 1, 2021) Beginning at 10:00 PM on Saturday, October 2, and continuing until noon on Sunday, October 3, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking wastewater system maintenance at various locations along Market Street, Grafton Street, Argyle Street, Carmichael Street, and Duke Street, Halifax. There will be rolling sections of stop-and-go traffic along these streets as the work progresses. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
