Traffic Advisory – Maynard Street – Water Lateral Replacement

(December 18, 2024) Halifax Water crews are onsite preforming a water lateral replacement near 2320 Maynard Street, Halifax. This work is part of Halifax Water’s Lead Service Line Replacement Program.

This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.

Local traffic only on Maynard Street. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks within the work zone will be closed.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
