Traffic Advisory – Maynard Street – Water Lateral Replacement

(April 9, 2024) Crews are on-site undertaking a water service lateral replacement near 2099 Maynard Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.

Maynard Street between Nora Bernard Street and Falkland Street will be open to local traffic only. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks in the work zone will be closed.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
